Outlook is retrieving data from the Microsoft Exchange Server outlook.office365.com
I have a client who has been having this problem for several months now. It started out of the blue. No one else in that site has the same problem. Although the computers are not exactly the same, they all share a commonality in that they are all Dell OptiPlex workstations running Windows 10 Pro […]

After all these years I still don’t understand why eBay […]

Samsung Cloning software Cloning Failed error -00001 [ffffff]
If you run into this error, it’s likely because your hard drive is encrypted with Bitlocker. Especially if it’s a Dell computer. I had to enable Bitlocker and then decrypt the drive. I was then able to clone the drive using the Samsung cloning software.
Downgrading an iMac with i5/i7 CPU to 10.6 or even 10.7
I had a special request from a client to downgrade his used iMac from 10.11 to 10.6. First and foremost, you can’t use the retail Snow Leopard disk as it is 10.6.3 which does not have the driver for the i5/i7 CPU. You’ll get three beeps as you try to boot from the install CD. […]
